APARTMENTS 4 and 5

This two-storeyed, plantation-style, pink and white timber and coral stone home, built in 1988, comprises two spacious (1730 sq. ft. each) apartments. Built to the classic dimensions of Raj-era officers quarters, the design incorporates the best of colonial styling, with jalousied shutters, limed timber panelling, coral-stone feature walls and huge, full-length balustraded verandahs.

Attractively furnished with a beach lifestyle in mind, each apartment - lower (4) and upper (5) - sleeps four and has two comfortable, air-conditioned double/twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and separate WCs. The open-plan living space has a well-equipped kitchen and dining area set at one end, and a relaxed lounge at the other. Folding doors open out on to the private shaded verandah, which overlooks lawned gardens and the secluded white coral sands and sparkling turquoise water of beautiful James Bay.

James Bay provides a comprehensive range of guest services, including daily full-day maid service, daily linen change (Bedlinen, towels and beach towels). We can also arrange for a cook to prepare and cook two meals a day of your choice. A hire car is recommended. Baby-sitters can be arranged.
